After more than 20 years in the food and hospitality industry, Chef Giuseppe and restaurateur Daniel came together with a simple belief: eating healthy should not be complicated.

Growing up around Mediterranean food and culture, we saw firsthand how generations of people across Southern Europe have maintained healthy, active lifestyles without extreme diets, restrictive eating plans, or highly processed foods. The foundation has always been simple: quality ingredients, balanced meals, and food prepared with care.

That philosophy became the inspiration behind Ethos Mediterranean Performance.

While many meal prep companies focus on convenience first โ€” often relying on heavily processed ingredients and mass-produced products โ€” we wanted to build something different. Our goal is to create meals that taste like real food because they are real food.
