Is all the meat halal?

Yes — 100% of our meat and poultry is hand-slaughtered zabiha halal, sourced from trusted California suppliers. This is non-negotiable and verified regularly.

How fresh are the meals?

All meals are prepared fresh on the day of delivery and shipped refrigerated. They stay fresh for 4-5 days in the refrigerator.

Do you use butter or cream?

Never. We cook exclusively with single-estate extra virgin olive oil. No butter, no cream, no shortcuts.

Where does the produce come from?

All produce is sourced from California farms within 120 miles of our kitchen. We prioritize seasonal and locally-grown ingredients.

When do I need to order by?

Orders must be placed by Sunday midnight for Wednesday delivery. You'll receive a reminder email the week before.

Can I skip a week or cancel?

Yes — skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard. No phone calls, no hassle.

Are the macros accurate?

Yes. Every item is weighed and prepared according to our standardized recipes. Macros are calculated using USDA nutritional data.

What about allergens?

Our menu contains common allergens including gluten, dairy, tree nuts, and shellfish. Please review each item's ingredient list.

How is the food packaged?

All meals come in recyclable, BPA-free containers. We use compostable cold packs and insulated liners to keep food fresh during transit.

Do you deliver to my address?

We currently deliver to most of Los Angeles, Orange County, and the San Francisco Bay Area. Enter your zip code at checkout to confirm delivery availability.

What if I don't love a meal?

We stand behind every meal with a 100% taste guarantee. If you're not satisfied, we'll credit your account or replace the meal on your next delivery.

Can I customize my box?

Performance and Elite Performance plan subscribers can swap individual meals through the dashboard before the weekly cutoff. Light plan subscribers receive our chef's selection.
